Terms of Service

1. Service

instadoc renders document templates from user-supplied JSON payloads. The service is provided "as is".

2. Acceptable use

• No uploading of content you don't have rights to.
• No automated rendering that materially exceeds your plan limits.
• No probing the rendering sandbox for escape vectors. Report security findings responsibly to [email protected].
• No uploading of macro-enabled or malicious files (we reject these at the API layer too).

3. Account suspension

We may suspend an account that breaches acceptable use, exceeds rate limits abusively, or shows signs of compromise. Suspended accounts receive 423 Locked on render calls.

4. Liability

Liability is capped at the amount paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim. We're not responsible for the contents of the documents you render or how you distribute them.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms with 30 days' notice (immediate for serious violations).
